SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., August 5, 2004 – Sears Fine Food, a cherished San Francisco landmark restaurant since 1938, is set to reopen its doors to the public after a six-month preservation project on August 16, 2004.
The restaurant will combine the best of its original, pre-World War II grandeur (not quite as bubble gum pink, we admit) with the most innovative of today’s kitchen facilities.
But don’t worry. While the look has changed, the great food and Swedish pancakes people come back for have not.
Open daily from 6:30AM to 10PM.
